Absolutely phenomenonal work. I brought my 2023 Silverado with the new blue color here after a small accident and they fixed and perfectly color matched the truck. I'm very skeptical where I take my vehicles as I always had a shop back home. I moved to McAllen recently and I have these guys a chance and they exceeded my expectations. The owner is a really nice guy too, he kept me updated and had everything done in a very quick manner. 10/10 recommend, and will definetly come back in the future. It was difficult to have a conversation or discuss anything other than what the representative kept repeating 4 or 5 times. Anytime I would start talking after a couple of words, the representative at the front would immediately start talking and repeat everything she had already explained. She did not give me the opportunity to explain my concern or uncertainty so she had no idea that her response, which had been repeated multiple times, was irrelevant and not to mention already understood. Andreaand Eloyweregreat. Overall, I had the best customer service. They exceeded all expectations. My vehicle looks brand new. They cleaned and vacuumed the car, which was not at all what I expected. They were always in communication with me. I'd want to thank the entire King of Kolors team. I appreciate everything.
My Insurance send me to King of Kolors to fix my car. They took one or two days more, but when I get it back, looks like new!!! Great Service
