I've never had such a horrible experience! I spent months saving for a dress for a special event because my boyfriend was being deployed and I wanted to make sure it was special. The lady made the dress so small that the back burst open as soon as we got to the event and I had to leave. I called to tell her what had happened with and her response was , "What am I supposed to do about it".
