Bad business, called another golf cart rental place in garden city after putting a deposit down at king of carts. the other place for the same golf cart was 60 dollars cheaper. i asked the girl if she could match the price so i didn’t have to lose my deposit. She said no they haven’t started their off season rates yet but other places have. Well guess you wouldn’t rather match and keep a repeat customer.
Worst people in the world to deal with. Terrible communication, customer service and follow up! Did nothing that they promised. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. This was my fourth cart from King of Carts but never again. The dealership in Columbia gives great service but not this one. Too bad they pawned me off on this location. I will buy local next time. Still waiting on my cart Randall. I overnighted money so that I could have it today. 5PM and nothing.
