Had a salt cell controller replaced because the old one was intermittently working even though the pool was crystal clear. Since then I am adding chlorine when I previously didn't have to because the cell doesn't supply enough. Salt levels are fine as I have been maintaining pools for the last 30 years. The old 7 plate cell was 12 months old and worked yet they left me with a 5 plate cell that is inadequate for a 70000 litre pool. Not happy!!! Extremely disappointed with cost of replacement zodiac diaphragm, can get 3 online for half the price of one 🥲 understand rent and wages but what a ripoff.
Cain (Manager) and Anthony (Owner) provided great customer service when I needed to replace my pool filter. I decided to install the Evolution Evoclear S600 (made by Waterco) after doing quite a bit of research. I rang a couple of pool shops including Smimmart and these guys were cheaper without the need to haggle so easy choice. (I actually think Swimmart were a bit overpriced considering the prices online!) The install was arranged quickly, and they removed the old sand filter and the new install was plumbed in very neatly... read more
