Second time visiting tonight. It was a pretty negative experience. First, the front guy told me that shellac is the same as gel so they gave me the wrong manicurist at first. Then both hand and toe technicians were just rude and rough. The pedicurist rushed everything so much that I got sprayed with cold water, burnt with the hot towels, then my jeans got soaked bc she didn’t dry my calves off.
