This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I came in to get my eyebrows done while I was with my little sister, who is very young. After my appointment, I was helping her tie her shoes.While I was checking out. Instead of being welcoming or patient, the staff came across as rude and disrespectful from the beginning. Someone recommended me this nail salon so I gave it a try but it was awful and definitely not worth the money. I went in for a simple soak off of gel polish and a manicure with regular clear polish. I specifically asked her to soak - not drill with the machine- twice because my nails are very weak after gel, but this was ignored. She soaked my nails for less than 2 minutes if that on each hand.
