Had an appointment at 2:30. Walked in and nobody welcomed me. Asked for 6 straightback cornrows they gave me 7. I had 2 people do my hair switching because the first said my hair was very hard to braid and let somebody else restart and take over. Just very unprofessional and overwhelming environment.
