I paid a deposit upfront, and then they completely ghosted me. No calls, no emails—nothing. I tried following up multiple times, and got radio silence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! King Movers was supposed to arrive between 8am and 9am but NEVER SHOWED UP! Called, texted, emailed many times with no response. We had a 4 hour window to unload a pods delivery in Minneapolis but no movers resulted in additional charges. King Movers never acknowledged the issue.

Great team! Had two guys help us move into a 2 bedroom apartment in downtown Minneapolis. They were prompt, professional, and efficient - even in negative degree weather.
