My wife and I, (with our daughter and son-in-law) rented a very small 2 bedroom apartment from Ms S. King at King Mortgage, for 3 nights. We were there from Aug. 25, 2011 for 3 nights. We pre-paid $660 including $75 for cleaning. We also left a $500 security deposit. When we left the apartment we were told that our security deposit would be refunded after inspection. We did no damage at all. We left the apartment in excellent condition. I was shocked when Ms. King withheld $185 of our deposit beyond the $75 cleaning fee. I h... read more
