Losing my 21 year old son was enough. While planning the burial I asked a thousand times for the headstone to be included. I was reinsured it was.Tommorw is his birthday so I reached out to see why no one has reached out to put it down. I was told it was not included. SMFH. I then asked to be emailed samples of headstones. Twenty four hours later nothing!

Recently buried a love one there and all they cared about was how the bill was being paid.i felt like I was at a Chinese restaurant and they thought I was gonna run off with out paying my tab.but all n all things were worked out and I was satisfied with their services. .
My mother, Bernadette Seymour was buried at Kings Memorial 8710 Dogwood Rd,Baltimore, MD 21244 on July 5, 2013. All expenses were paid by Aug 3, 2013 but I still haven't seen a proof of her marker over 3 months later. Noone seems to have any answers nor urgency in this matter. I was initially told that the whole process would take no more than 12 wks but yet it's been over 12 weeks and I haven't even seen a proof of her marker.
