Worst customer service. They Gave wrong size items & wouldn’t take Return. Don’t Go there . Not worth it.

Teddy and his staff at King Medical are amazing. I was having problems getting the part for my chair from the provider. He helped me with the information I was able to speak with the provider and they were amazing too. They got the part out my chair is fixed and it’s been a month but it definitely could’ve been longer from what I’ve heard from other people is sometime. They didn’t have their chairs back for six months or more so thank you so much and anyone who needs their equipment fixed. I would definitely suggest King Med... read more
