I received an oil change from Reginald 2 days ago. He came to my house the same day I called, worked quickly and was very professional. I definitely plan to receive future services from King Mechanics.
I was having an issue with a sensor on my car that was causing my brakes to lock. I called the number I found on google at 7:30 a.m. he answered and said he could be to my location by 8:40 a.m. He arrived at 8:35a.m .I was greeted by Reggie( who I assume is the owner). He was kind and ready to work. He was able to diagnose the issue within 30 minutes. He used basic terms for me to understand. He explained it was a sensor. I am assuming that all the good reviews are maybe this man’s family members or friends because ain’t no way this man can be trusted. He ran off with my money and did no work for me. He up charges and requested money up front that would go towards the work and i never heard from him again. Communication was very limited. I will highly recommend you going somewhere else if you don’t want to be taking advantage of.
Can’t depend on him to complete the job. Only create more issues and charge you and never return.
Professional, knowledgeable and very intelligent. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but him with my car thanks King!
