We've had good results with King in the past. We had them install A/C units and diagnose a furnace issue. Both times were great experiences and we were happy to work with them again. The third time was terrible, and it fractured the relationship we thought we built with them. They were the first company I would recommend to anyone who needed HVAC work. I want to start of to say the technician that came out was very friendly and ultimately did fix our issue. However, when we called with an issue on heat pump at our condo in Denver we asked for a quote to replace our thermostat in our condo with a heat pump (this was told to them) with a new Wi-Fi enabled thermostat. She gave us the model and said it'd be around $200 + labor over the phone. The tech came out, was at our condo for ~1 hour 30 mins, 2 hours MAX. He ended up needing to replace a capacitor as well, which he said ... read more

Tyler Sanders was very helpful when he came to inspect the two heat pumps in our condo. We were having a heating issue with one and he was able to fix it. He also advised us on better air filters for our particular types of units, and on how to maximize their cooling capabilities. He was knowledgeable, amiable, and earnest. We highly recommend him.
