Incorrectly charged my credit card on 4 separate occasions to the tune of $350 after ordering materials for a deck project. This includes 3 times in the past couple of weeks nearly two months after my last order and requesting my payment information be removed from any account. The first charge was for over $200, and subsequent charges were for smaller amounts. Completely unacceptable and tremendously frustrating. When our project started to stall, he stepped in and put us in touch with a contractor who knew exactly what to do. Thanks to him, we were able to get everything wrapped up and done right.
