Update: Lucia has now placed two large piles of broken branches and debris by the road. The piles are so big they’re hanging in the road and causing a hazard. This woman is beyond low class and trash. This place is a dump. They won’t even cut their grass by the road and their mailbox is in shambles and held up by a single nail.
