The guy was super professional and calming (which I needed after crying in my driveway). He rekeyed all the locks, replaced my garage keypad, and made a new smart key for my Toyota—on-site! What shocked me most is they didn’t overcharge me for the emergency service, even though it was almost midnight. They even gave me tips on how to improve my home security, like installing a high-security deadbolt and a keyless entry system. I actually slept well that night. That says a lot.
