Customer service was amazing from beginning to end. King Living even provided delivery of my items free of charge when I was originally scheduled for pick up. We absolutely love our new stools- they are well made & beautiful. We will buy from King Living again.
Poor quality $13,979 sofa with visible defects in 2 weeks. Confirmed refund in writing — reversed the day before pickup. Purchased the Concerto sectional package from this Costa Mesa showroom for $13,979.48. Delivered May 2, 2026. Within two weeks the entire sectional showed visible l failures - seat cushion slant (felt immediately when seated), back cushions not meeting at 90 degrees at the corner, visible gaps between sections, sagging across all cushions, uneven heights, and fabric crinkling throughout. Fantastic team making fantastic furniture. They arranged shipping to a location they do not ordinarily service, were transparent about the timing and pricing of everything, and I have a wonderful sofa and accompanying end tables as a result. Highly recommend King Living. Special shout out to Dulos, who was a joy to work with.

Love love our table. It’s absolutely beautiful but the shipping time was way too long so if you don’t mind waiting months, but other than that, the staff is great and the table is more than we expected. Thank you so much.
