I purchased a couch just under 2 years ago that had some issues recently. I reached out to customer service and had multiple people reach out quickly. The technician came (Mohammed) he was amazing! Really polite, fast and did a fantastic job of fixing my couch. I have been really happy with my couch, the experience to get it repaired was also great.
What an unbelievable experience. From our original visit to the showroom with Cristina, to the delivery, enjoying the furniture, and now the service team. We had a minor issue with one of the many pieces we bought and the service we received from Cristina, Sophia, and Mohamad was exemplary. Responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Just bought the 2 seater sofa and sofa chair of the 1978 series. The sales person Giles was exceptional, he took his time in explaining the construction and warranty of their products. The purchase process was quick and easy by way of an emailed link within the sales quote. Now we just have to wait patiently for the delivery of the new sofa an chair.
