Great quality furniture and great service!!
My wife and I had a great experience at King Living's Granville Street showroom. All the staff are super helpful and there where no hard sell tactics. Lluvia Gomez was super helpful and is a great ambassador for King Living. She was very patient with us as we looked at the different fabrics and colours. We visited the show room at least 4 time before we finally settled on the sofa and fabric and each time Lluvia was very helpful.
Update to my previous review. Even though my shopping experience was great, the delivery of the product not so much. The sofa was shipped without the legs and they forgot the pillows at the warehouse. Now I'm expected to wait 12 to 14 weeks for the sofa legs????? How can you forget to include the sofa legs? It is like shipping a car without the tires. The sofa is laying on my living room floor and is basically useless. I'm still trying to comprehend why it would take so long to get sofa legs. Came here to check out the fabric and wood shelf options after browsing online, CJ was super patient and answered all of my questions. They have large fabric samples in store and also small fabric samples for you to take home. And, of course, the sofas are amazingly comfortable!
