Unfortunately King Living did not come close to meeting expectations. We ordered a custom sofa with power recline. The power recline did not work properly from day 1. We notified them right away. It took months to get a service technician to come and try and fix it. They did not. Customer service is horrible. We email them our response, it takes a week or longer to get a response.
