I am unfortunately one of the unlucky customers. I purchased a sofa from Kings Living (Vancouver) in April 2024. From the beginning, there were quality concerns — one of the brackets did not fit properly and had to be forced during installation. Six months after purchase, under normal residential use, the stainless steel bracket connecting the backrest and armrest developed visible rust. Went to the store to get a new couch. My experience there was great! Was shown all the different pieces they have and the different colours and materials. I love the focus they have for making furniture more useable. Lots of modular pieces, and storage options. Lluvia was showing me around and was amazing. Really friendly and explained and demonstrated all the best features of the different couches and beds. Was not pushy about selling anything and let me make the decision the way I wanted it.
