After confirming the final price of a vehicle twice with the manager Terry. Drove an hour and half to the dealership and began the processing the paperwork with the confirmed final price signed for. Once the insurance cleared, the manager came back and said the confirmed price was wrong and should now be a $1000.00 more. With no apology, he said that’s now the final price, take it or leave. Poor management and extremely poor customer service.

After spending a week in Maryland helping my parents shop for cars I left them in the hands of king Kia for the final paperwork. Out the door price had been quoted and verified even when we thought it was a mistake and asked for reassurance. When my parents made it in to buy the cars they were told there was a mistake.
