My wife and I needed some estate planning. Mark King did a wonderful job.
Cracked my screen took it in to be repaired, one of the gentlemen ordered a replacement screen. ...hadn't heard from anyone, almost 2 weeks elapsed. Did a drive-by with my damaged Laptop. When I were greeted @ the front desk, I were informed, "your part just arrive today." Before I left, I was told it would be available that day ( right! ). Got a call saying, "we have a problem."
