In my experience, communication with this law firm was frustrating and unprofessional. Responses were often delayed, and it was difficult to reach the appropriate person directly through the phone system. I also found the communication structure burdensome for opposing parties and unrepresented individuals trying to discuss scheduling or case-related matters. Based on my experience, I would not choose to work with this firm again.
He was very helpful especially since local lawyers didn’t return my calls. He was knowledgeable and understanding. He referred me to another lawyer in his firm for more consultation even though he might not be able to solve my problem. Highly recommend.
