I would not recommend this lawyer, poor customer service and poor legal representation. I retained him paid all fees up front and 7 months later, and I am still getting the run around. I am sorry that I trusted him and paid him up front. This type of legal practice is what gives people a bad taste for lawyers. You pay for service, and never receive it. I already have filed a complaint with the Idaho State Bar Assoc. and BBB.
