Disappointed. Something went wrong today. The receptionist is the absolute sweetest but Rachel didnt make the appointment. They called to remind us of our appointment the day before and we were on time. After waiting 25 minutes the receptionist told us Rachel was not in the building yet but her assistant could get started. The assistant came in and briefly went over the flat fee.
