I do not think that my case was treated as top priority with this firm. It not having been a situation where i had declined any corrective spinal surgery due to my qualms regarding the procedure. In fact, i never even met with nor had any form of consultation with my attorney until THE NIGHT PRIOR to the court case, which had been scheduled for 9:00 A. M the following day. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TOOK ON MY OUT OF STATE CASE AND COULDN’T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME. I EVEN HAD TO REPRESENT MYSELF BECAUSE MY “ATTORNEY” WAS NO LONGER WITH THEM. THEY NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ME NOR WOULD THEY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. WORSE EXPERIENCE. ZERO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER. ESPECIALLY IN A SITUATION SO SCARY. IVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES AND LEFT SO ANY UNANSWERED MESSAGES. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM.

I recently tried to higher them with a issue with the hospital system and they stated they was going to take the case asked for alot of information and it was giving and had me feeling confident I had everything recorded I checked the mailbox today and they stated they couldn't take the case and would send all my information which was never sent even after seeing all the bad reviews I had high hop and crazy part they stated I needed to try and just settle out with the hospital before it was to late.

They stole my money!!! 3,500 to retain. Florida has jurisdiction over my case with family court. They passed me around a few lawyers without my acknowledgement, I had to represent myself on a court date and then they tell me they were closing the Fayetteville NC office. I’ve tried to speak to manager Heather or anyone in management and never get a response back. Via call nor emails. Worst experience in my life when I really NEEDED help…

Hired February 2022 paid in full still no legal services for a simple matter ~ I hired an attorney because I do not have the time to handle the matter myself. You call~ leave countless emails and phone messages they pass you from person to person. It is stressful and they have no regard what so ever~ a couple of occassions the front desk laughs nonchalant when you express its been a year and still noone has helped you.
