I call this property and the man answered, and asked me right away "where do I work" I did not understand that question so I asked him why, then he said nevermind then and ended the call. He doesn't qualify to be there.

I have rented from the owner for 8 years total, two different properties and locations. He has always had his employees repair anything we had going on. From a floor falling in to an air conditioner unit being replaced. These apartments are not shady or skanky nor do you have to be down on your luck or desperate to move into one. I've never had an issue getting things fixed and I have been here almost 2 years now. They also stay out of your business so unless you call they leave you alone. As far as the stuff on the back porches we are allowed to use the area as we see fit.
