King Kong Roofing was very fast with communication as we called them with storm damage and they came out that morning to tarp us up to help us with our roof leak and installing our new roof. They have great customer service and great quality and got it done in a timely manner!
I am not a fan of leaving negative reviews. And honestly I’m not sure they even matter to some people. With all the 5 star reviews they have, I am honestly surprised that I have to do this in the first place. We had King Kong come out to replace two skylights on a home that we recently purchased. After having had a very disappointing experience with a different roofing company, we were told about King Kong Roofing. We called and a service guy came out the next day. He was kind, clean cut, and professional. Our quote was available within a few days and work began about a week later. They not only replaced the roof with shingles on our 2 story garage, they replaced all the decking, repaired upstairs flooring where it was damaged and the damaged rafters. Then they cleaned up the upstairs and all the grounds until spotless. Very highly recommend King Kong roofing! Jerry and Susan Jones
