Just like all the other reviews. This company was doing side work under the business name ,Alvarado Carpenter ,for my neighbors and I got a quote for some work from Roger Alvarado. They replaced our fences and my neighbors decks. Myself and my neighbors finishing adjustments and touches were not completed. Now we have latches not lining up , wood warping, the gate is sagging and many nail pops after a couple of months. The contract says we have a 2 year warranty. This is the second time I've had work done by Kings Koncrete and I and I am still blown away by the quality of work! We couldn't be more satisfied with the end result. They also went so far beyond what I asked for by even offering to bring the topsoil I'd need to fill the new planter areas in which saved me at least a full day of work myself. I've referred them out over the years and everyone they've done work for also was extremely satisfied!
The King Koncrete crew did a great job on my patio: completed the job as promised and on schedule, looks great, cleaned up well. Thanks to Rigo, Julio, and crew. Highly recommended.
