We purchased a King Koil (Crystal Dawn) queen mattress and matching foundation from Art Van in 2008. This is the biggest waste of money we have ever experienced! This mattress sags so badly, and is so impossible to get a good night s sleep on, that we went back to our old mattress that we had purchased from Sears about 15 years prior. We put the King Koil mattress in our spare bedroom, and our son-in-law (who is a chiropractor) tried sleeping on it, and said it was terrible! He told us to get rid of it....this after having i... read more

be aware if u buy a comfort mattress and u think u got a warranty think again, i spent over 20,000 dollars at Art Vans, the king mattress after 5 yrs started to sag and from the kids, i do have a couple of pee stains---warranty void----would i buy anything from Art Vans or comfort mattress co. i don`t think so, law needs to be changed---hall of shame
