Two good experiences working with Devin Gregory at King Kia Laurel. The first time, there was a small part loose on the car. Devin fixed it immediately, and I was on my way home less than 10 minutes after I arrived. The second time, I noticed some ride harshness. To help diagnose the problem, Devin took the time to ride with me in my car and then took a ride in a brand new one to compare performance. Sells you a broken car then doesn’t take any accountability or do anything to help.
I watched a family member go through issues with them after the purchase of their car. They’re just flippant and take no accountability/responsibility and now they’re stuck with a broken car and in even more debt due to the issues King Kia refused to address.
I always go to this location to have my mom's vehicle serviced. Devin and staff, always are professional, polite and on point with the upkeep of her vehicle. I definitely recommend everyone to go as they are very thorough. Thanks again to Kia, especially Devin and his team.
