So fortunate to have connected with him as I was shopping for new insurance after receiving a huge renewal premium increase in my HO insurance with another insurance company. John saved me a lot of money.
Terrible customer service. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. My old policy, which the Mt. Dora office sold me, is not being renewed. I do not know why. But that is not the issue. They told me 3 months ago that they would be getting quotes for a policy to replace the one not renewing. But that they would start working on it 1 month before the expiration date.
