Very poor service. They do not have any way to give you information regarding your policy unless you have your policy number. So if all my paperwork got burned up in a fire, they told me I need to wait till I get my annual update in the mail to get my policy number, and they can't help me.
They DEMAND for your property to look like a display house for them to insure it, we had some faith marks on our house and they "ask" for that to be cover Nothing please them, It feels that They are the Landlords
Great service but not happy with the cost increase due to changing my policy to renters insurance, especially when my renters are also getting insurance?
Got renewal notification with roof exclusion attached. They say my roof is to old. Roof is only 6 years old. Just a way for them to cancel me without cancelling me. Talking to my attorney about this.
