Terrible customer service. Brother-in-law was critically ill. Policy lapsed. I tried to reinstate it. They said it couldn’t be done and would not help me. My brother in law was a customer for 20 years! Thanks for nothing.

Been working with Karen and Barb at King for many years. If I have a problem, they solve it. If I need something, they get it. They offer the rare personal touch in the insurance industry that you dont find anymore. Best insurance agency I've ever dealt with. Period.
