1-1/2 year house, purchased new. Have had to put in retaining walls since home was built below grade of surrounding homes (They camouflaged with sod). Have had to run buried connectors to all of the downspouts since builder left end at foundation. Downspout on the driveway leaves concrete iced over in the winter. Concrete is now scaling and chipping.
