Beyond 5 star service from Kevin. He is the real deal. Polite, patient, explains your issue in detail. This is a service rep who actually ENJOYS what he does. Could not be happier with King, and that includes the fair pricing.
We had King air replace our complete air-conditioning system upstairs last year. It was only eight years old, but they told us there was a problem with it. They were more than right. They put a new system in and last summer our house cooled with much less cost unbelievably well This year with King air. We replaced the downstairs unit on their advice.
