You're very good customer service and mechanics
I ordered a /25 Scale C8 Corvette Mar 2024. After not receiving it by June of 2024, I inquired about status. Was informed by Keitren, their customer service POC, that they were having problems with suppliers in Germany. Waited several more months and received text “same problem”. I asked them to cancel the order and got no response. I requested a cancellation again in June, 2025. Still no reply from the customer POC, Keitren. I do not recommend this company.
