I purchased both a furnace and new AC unit from King - AC went out only after two years. When the owner was contacted he said the part is good for 10 years but they would still charge me for labor. I had to have another company come out and found out that King did not take out an old piece from 1993 and the old compressor was found behind the bushes of my condo complex in someone else’s property. Called multiple times to get help with my furnace not running, got told they would call back in a couple of minutes several times and they would never call. Was able to finally schedule a time for them to come to my home, they told us they were running late and then they never showed up. Very unprofessional group. We are looking to give them business but apparently they do not care for it.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE, THEY INSTALLED THE CARRIER HIGH EFFICIENCY 2 STAGE SYSTEM AND I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THE SYSTEM AND THE WORKMANSHIP. ERIC AND CHARLES DID A EXCELLENT JOB
