We are very happy with the unit. It has been running reliably for 9 years without any service. Recently, the fan failed due to condensate backing up into the combustion chamber. Moving forward, we will call authorized technicians to perform annual service to prevent this issue and keep the system performing at its best.

This boiler is unreliable it keeps breaking down. We've had it serviced and it never seems to want to run consistently. Unfortunately our hot water tank is heated by the boiler so we're never sure if we're going to have hot water if I could do it again I wouldn't buy this boiler. I definitely recommend finding another boiler to purchase.
