I’ve held off on this review for a long time as I kept giving Eco King my faith and chances to work. As of tonight, I’ve had my 5th of 6th repair on my Boiler. Eco King team has come out and looked at my system many times, there’s no issues with installation or any other components. My boiler is serviced 2x a year by a reputable plumber. I have had Eco king H140 boiler in my 5500 Sqft house for hot water and radiant heat since 2016, The boiler worked great for heat and hot water all these years, I have had couple of issues over the years but managemnet at Eco king was always there each time to go above and beyond to support the clients. We were having a problem and our installer was away. We called King Heating on the weekend and James walked us through the problem over the phone. A few days later Chad came over and made a few adjustments. I highly recommend them for exceptional customer service. Their help was greatly appreciated.
For the last 3 days I was without heat and hot water as our 10 year old Eco-King stopped working. I phoned a company who had their label on the unit and they recommended a full replacement and gave me a verbal estimate of $18,000!
