This boiler is unreliable it keeps breaking down. We've had it serviced and it never seems to want to run consistently. Unfortunately our hot water tank is heated by the boiler so we're never sure if we're going to have hot water if I could do it again I wouldn't buy this boiler. I definitely recommend finding another boiler to purchase.
Staff is very helpful, and the 200C Combi boiler is awesome, I have no complaints from last eight years, I've only serviced twice. I'm highly satisfied and recommend Eco King to others.
My heat was not working and we called them and James returned our call and helped us over the phone to fix the heat. Great service by James.
Eco-King went above and beyond for an emergency issue. From sticking around a little later on a Friday for me to make it to their 192nd st location after work and get a part. To James (salesman) absolutely having in-depth knowledge of the boiler inside and out. As a tradesperson I thought I was speaking with a technician. I’ve held off on this review for a long time as I kept giving Eco King my faith and chances to work. As of tonight, I’ve had my 5th of 6th repair on my Boiler. Eco King team has come out and looked at my system many times, there’s no issues with installation or any other components. My boiler is serviced 2x a year by a reputable plumber. Simply put, the boiler is garbage and a lemon. At this time I am going to tear out my 2018 boiler and replace it with something better.
