I can't say enough good things about King Heating and Air! After another company came out twice and couldn't resolve the issue, Jacob from King Heating and Air came to the rescue the same day. Not only did he fix the problem, but he charged a fair price, while the other company charges an arm and a leg! King HVAC has installed multiple units for me over the last 25yrs. They have always been fair, honest and dependable. I wouldn't trust anyone else to service my HVAC units.

I had a very disappointing experience with King Heating & Air in Morganton, GA. After multiple service calls to my property, I was charged hundreds of dollars, only to be repeatedly told that my furnace needed to be replaced for $8,000. Their technician claimed the heat exchanger was clogged and that this was causing the issues. I decided to get a second opinion from a trusted HVAC technician. I noticed that the floor was wet around my HVAC the other day so I called King heat and air because someone had suggested them. The young woman I spoke with originally told me to cut off my heating and air at every thermostat until someone could get out there. So I did. Fortunately, the weather was very mild at the time so I didn’t really need the heat or the air. They came out two days later, found the issue, fixed it, and it was only about $170.
