I had a very disappointing experience with King Heating & Air in Morganton, GA. After multiple service calls to my property, I was charged hundreds of dollars, only to be repeatedly told that my furnace needed to be replaced for $8,000. Their technician claimed the heat exchanger was clogged and that this was causing the issues. I decided to get a second opinion from a trusted HVAC technician.
