This place is absolutely awesome, especially if you are serious about lifting. Has all the equipment you will need and some you didn’t even know you needed!!! Felt welcome here from the get go and Bret, the owner, is happy to help with any questions you have. Open 24/7 as well so fits anyone’s schedule. Can’t recommend this place enough!!!!
I really love King Gym and highly recommend it! I started working out there in Nov 2023 after 4 years of inactivity due to chronic lower back problems. At the time, my back issues were serious enough that I had multiple MRIs, loads of physical therapy, and visits with 3 separate spinal surgeons.
