Ordered a necklace that I wanted to wear on a business trip and they sent me the wrong necklace. Shipping was very quick and the necklace looks nice, but its not what I ordered. Now they aren't answering emails or phones. Their customer service needs work. Placed order for 3 items on Wednesday morning, paid extra for Overnight Shipping. Never received any notification that order has been shipped. Sent several messages and phone calls but never received response from anyone from the business. Ordered a Sorority Gift online, called to make sure it was in stock and that I would receive it on time. Received a call the next day, stating that the item was not in stock and that I would have to order something else. I was so annoyed and so worried.
