Worst front office personnel ever. Also, some how you always owe money at next visit. They expect you to pay it without prior notification. Best look some else for a doctor.
Just leaving from Dr Kings office. My family and I have been patients for 20 years. He always makes times for our questions, extremely knowledgeable, and takes the time to check previous records, and really listens before making an immediate diagnosis. Polite and respectful. We drive from Marietta to cartersville just to see him. You just cannot put a value on great medical care! Wouldn’t go to anyone else.
Dr. King is a great doctor and spends time answering questions. However, his staff does not rate as high. I was a flu patient on Tuesday and called three times on Wednesday about a severe sore throat that was accompanying the flu. I was told I'd receive a call back. I did not. I called again on Wednesday and was told to wait until later in the day. No call. I called Thursday morning and the receptionist told me to "just go ask a pharmacist".
