Horrible. Called around 10:30 for a sick visit for my kid. Appointment time was 3:15. I got there and said we weren't in their system for the day. Asking me if I called the right doctors office. Then said they can't see us. I screenshot the time I called them this morning!! And no one said they talked to me
Took my kids here once and regretted it as soon as the MA started speaking to us. The doctor wasn't any better, and basically talked down to me. My kids never went back and are now seeing a great doctor

I like this office, but when I took my daughter in for an issue they said they'd be setting up a referral for her to see a specialist and we'd get a phone call. We never got the phone call and tried reaching out to the specialist on our own, but they said they hadn't gotten a referral. The nurse had heavily implied my daughter's issues were anxiety-related, which I found annoying due to the large number of girls and women who are routinely written off as having "anxiety" or other mental health issues when they have legitimat... read more
