Absolutely terrible. I've been trying to get an new patient appointment or same day visit for myself and a family member for literal years. When we call, they are unable to schedule appointments for whatever reason. We are continually told to call back for walk in hours but there is never any availability. They've taken my number multiple times with promises to return my call but I've not heard back one time. When I ask if we can to to another RACSB, they tell me no, we must go to the one in our area. More of a business than a counseling office Counselors intentionally slow progress to make more money and if they don't like you they will upset so you don't come back instead of communicating that they don't want to treat you
