We bought a couch and love seat through King Furniture! There customer service in the store was friendly and “real” (not too pushy). Upon having the future for some time, we had a small issue with our couch. They were prompt to have the part ordered, were friendly calling to setup appointment, and showed up as indicated. there delivery driver doesn't know how to drive or use mirrors and almost took off front end of my van
Wonderful, friendly, helpful staff! We worked with Dave and he patiently walked between several sectionals until we were happy, then helped us decide on the configuration. They pick-up the old furniture which is important to us since we cannot move it ourselves. They even agreed to pick it up early so we could shampoo the rugs without having to worry about moving furniture to clean the rugs. We couldn't be happier! Will definitely be back for future needs!

Absolute WORST customer service EVER. Spend thousands of dollars on furniture and when you call for service and ask them to let you know when they are coming and they don’t call so no one is home. I told them this needed to be looked at as I was relocating 60 miles away. Now they want to charge $120.00 for warranty work that “local” customers receive free. Best advice NEVER BUY HERE, especially if you don’t live right in Holmen!!! What a joke!!!!!!!!!!
