I am sorry about the 2 people who had bad experience with Kings Forklift, my experience was awesome. The owner (Roger) is a very honest man and I know they had been in business for over 20 years. He is a mechanical engineer and their price was very reasonable and I highly recommend King's Forklift to anyone.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a forklift company in 15 years as a marble and granite company. I don't know who the owner is, but someone will come to your company and give you an estimate and then after finishing the job will double or triple the price. They tried fixing the forklift and it still didn't work and when we called to tell them to come back they said it wasn't their problem anymore. This company is horrible in everything from its service to how they do their job. If you are looking for a forklift repair then don't call this company at all. Their owner is unidentified and they will send a "representative" to your store who will give you an estimate and triple the price after they are done. There is no guarantee that they will actually fix your problem and they are a total rip off. DONT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE
