Excellent experience. I went to Jacky Jones first in Haysville and they were rude unhelpful and acted like they didn’t want the business. So I drove a little further over to King Ford. They took my truck right in and after about an hour wait they had it all fixed. Everybody was friendly. This is how a dealer should be.
Not real happy about how long you have to wait to get your vehicle worked on. It takes weeks or more.
Excellent service! They honor your appointment time. Very reasonable wait times while your vehicle is being serviced. Professional all the way!
