Cancelled my appointment halfway through. I asked the masseuse to use less pressure nearly every time she moved to a new section. She was literally heaving her body against my shoulder/neck while I sat upright, so bizarre. Four hours later, my back is killing me, and I didn't even go in for a back massage! I was charged $80 + tip, over half of my original appointment quote, and now I have to go see an RMT to fix what the foot masseuse has done. Malpractice.
Wonderful massage! They accommodated 5 of us at the same time which was amazing. Friendly employees and clean rooms. Our one critique was that one of the masseuses had her phone on during the massage - I heard it beep with notifications at least 3-4 times and she was texting with her phone placed on my friend. Then she questioned her tip at the end… that was pretty unprofessional. So please do not text like that during the massage.
