Dr. Cropper was patient and kind. He answered my questions with thoughtfulness to my current condition and knowledge. I said, thank you for seeing me today on such short notice, he said that's why you have an eye doctor. Little did he know I called two other practices for a concern and they didn't try to get me in. Great customer/ patient care I say.
True story: The first words out of my mouth after my appointment were, “That was the best and fastest eye exam I’ve ever had!” From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and ready for me. The exam itself was impressively thorough yet quick, with top-of-the-line equipment and a knowledgeable doctor. Even though the process was quick and efficient, the doctor took the time to discuss my past eye issues in detail—he even pulled up images online to give me clear visuals as he explained. Definitely recommend!
Dr Sodhi was fantastic. Right on time and a thorough examination. Would recommend highly.
