I've owned our Geothermal heating & cooling unit for 14 + years, and it is the best thing that has happened for my home. Bob, Scot, Rick, & excellent crew of King Energy did a perfect job of retrofitting the unit, and associated duct work throughout the home, by virtually hiding the ducts/air & tucking the unit itself, where it is out of the way, under the cellar stairs. Installing a geothermal system with King Energy was an excellent experience from start to finish. Val at the main office was very responsive from the get go and great at getting everything rolling as well as with helping with rebate info along the way. Terrible experience trying to have them come give me a quote on a new system. I have an older system they say they no longer service so I need to put in a new system. This is going on the third year with them trying to get them to come give me a quote. They have a monopoly on the area and terribly under staffed. They don't have enough staff for maintenance work or even quotes. I wouldn't bother with a geo until there are more companies to choose from. These people are moody and refuse to answer their phones. Working with Scot, Val and the King Energy team was a breeze. (Before hiring King we had researched a few other companies). We were a bit nervous about installing a geo-thermal system. However, the process and communication was beyond our expectations. King Energy is a great company— professional and friendly. We LOVE our system—. King also submitted the rebate information. They guide you from beginning to end. Excellent experience.

All of our interactions with King Energy have been nothing but positive and made us feel like we were valued customers. The few times we have had to call them for anything, they are always very responsive and go above and beyond.
