I called to schedule an appointment to have an electrical socket moved to install a cabinet in my kitchen. When the receptionist answered the phone at 4 pm she told me the office was closed. I went back to the website to double check office hours and saw office hours were until 5 p.m. I decided to call and ask if the hours pertained to specific days so I could call back and schedule my appointment within business hours.
